This is the first outing of the group of fans who got together and formed Mystery Fandom Theater 3000. The first movie given to the riffs and quips of this group is the inestimable "Little Red Riding Hood."

The group never claimed to own this movie, but simply had a copy and thought it would make a good Mystery Science Theater-style project.

In the first place, I didn't think there was a movie out there that could make Red Zone Cuba look competent or Jack Frost look dignified, but Little Red Riding Hood manages to do exactly that.

So congratulations (or condolences) to the MFT3K team for finding and (I expect repeatedly) suffering through this celluloid monstrosity.

And more congratulations for handling it they way they did. The script was sharp with several genuine laugh-out-loud moments. It may not be the Brains themselves, but the MFT3K team is at least a fair chunk of at least one hemisphere.
